Volume 2 is completed, with layout illustrations showing how I used them. It will be out in the store later this week. Again, these templates are basically layers of shapes that all fit together to make a cohesive page. You simply use clipping groups to clip your background over the appropriate shape. When you are all done, you have your basic layout completed. Then you can do the part I love most–getting creative with the elements, brushes, stitches, etc., you have in your stash, to make the layout special. The places to place your photos in each template are usually fairly obvious; however, try placing your photos over different layers for a different look! I usually scrap in 12×12 for demonstration purposes, but I did the layout of “Francis” in 6×6 this time, because my photo was too small to keep its resolution on a larger canvas. The downsizing worked beautifully! So, try it yourself!

UPDATE: Layered Templates Vol 2 is now available in the store. Take a look Here.
