When I returned from the dentist this morning, the Wild Bunch greeted me with enthusiasm. They had been soooo good, you see, helping with the recycling effort. Too bad the phone book they shredded was the NEW one. Happy is taking credit for the kill, even though you can bet he wasn’t the true culprit. Only Schaefer’s teeth and jaws could render a telephone book asunder.
