Food
I love to cook. I also love to eat what I cook, so I am picky about how my recipes turn out. Baking is my favorite, and I have found sites on the Internet to be very helpful in my quest for great-tasting baked goods. I have spent hours pouring over sites and selecting recipes to try. There must be a million chocolate chip cookie recipes on the Internet, many of them identical to one another, and others with slight variations in ingredients and amounts. And that is just one baked item! This page will have links and brief descriptions of the sites I have found and grown to love–from baking to grilling. I hope it will save you hours of surfing, which you can use to actually bake or do whatever else you want or need to do!
Joy of Recipes and Joy of Baking
These two sites, owned by Stephanie Jaworski, have beautiful photos of the baked items in each recipe; you can simply click on the mouth-watering photo of your choice and you will instantly be taken to the recipe. All through the site, and within the individual recipes, Ms. Jaworski has included links to additional information for those that want to delve deeper into the what’s/why’s/and how’s of ingredients, methods, and history. These sites are very straightforward and easy to navigate, and the recipes are truly terrific. Take a look!
